The Google Lunar X PRIZE is a challenge to send a robotic vehicle to the moon, land it safely, rove 500 meters and return HD video of the trek. The Carnegie Mellon X PRIZE team has created several prototypes of our proposed rover, and a concept design created by the team is shown here. It was my task to take our raw CAD and apply materials and textures to create what is shown, as close to what the real thing will look like as possible.
